Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: 2 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday)


Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):


Standard Shipping: 12 – 20 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)


Express Shipping: 7 – 10 business days

Shipping fees are based on your chosen method and may vary depending on product weight and package size:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–4 days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.


If no tracking information appears, it likely means your package hasn’t been scanned yet. Once it enters the system, the tracking status will update accordingly.


Partial Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry if you receive only part of your order—the rest is on the way!
